Our services include high quality HDR Photography, Immersive 3D Virtual Tours and Floor Plans, and videos. Our dynamic Total Marketing package includes many great and customizable tools such as Property Web Sites, Print Ready Flyers, Social Media Reels and Videos, Social Media Post images, Slideshows and traffic reports.
OUR COMPANY
Formed in 2006, IDI Virtual Tours mission is to enable property marketers to put their best foot forward in promoting vacation rental and for sale properties. Throughout this journey we have always sought to take advantage of technology to draw more eyes and interest to each property. This mission has resulted in the introduction of many services including High Dynamic Range Photography, Drone Photography and Video, 3D Walkthrough Virtual Tours, a plethora of customizable marketing tools including Property Web Sites, Social Media Marketing Tools, AI assisted Virtual Staging and Virtual Twilight Photography.
The results of all this effort have been the completion of over 18,000 property engagements resulting in many property sales and heads in beds for our vacation rental clients. The power of internet marketing combined with products such as Matterport 3D virtual tours create a huge opportunity for our clients to gain exposure 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We often receive compliments on our services and see the proof in the pudding through sales including those that are made even though the buyer never set foot into the home.

At IDI Virtual Tours we have a great team. We learned quickly when we started the company in 2006, that specialization is the best way to deliver world class services. Our company specializes in Real Estate Photography and our team members specialize is specific areas of production such as onsite photography, onsite drone capture, postproduction, photo editing and quality control. By having a strong team with checks and balances we are able to provide you with a consistent high-quality production.

As an owner Alan is primarily responsible for human
resource management, client fulfillment, communication,
and technology advancement including the management of
new product development and customer fulfillment.
Prior to launching IDI Virtual Tours in 2006, Alan was
responsible for technological support and global account
management for some major computer companies.

Kim, Owner
Kim is primarily responsible for the operational and financial success of the company. Kim manages all areas related to relationships with key accounts in addition to her responsibilities of managing all accounting
functions for our company. Prior to launching IDI Virtual Tours in 2006, Kim was responsible for product fulfillment and project management for some major computer companies.

Mercedes – Senior Photographer
Mercedes specializes in on-site services including residential and commercial photography and the capturing of immersive 3D virtual tours. Prior to Mercedes joining our company in 2018, she was an accomplished Family / Life Style photographer. She also has customer service experience working for several resorts.

Jacob – UAV Drone Pilot
​Jacob became a Part 107 licensed Drone / UAV pilot since shortly after the license was introduced by the FAA. Jacob owns multiple drones and specializes in residential and commercial drone photography and videography. In addition to being a UAV pilot and instructor, Jacob is a Fine Arts artist and has many interests including working in mass media such as newspapers and radio stations as well as working with major petroleum companies on multiple projects.
